Is WZ Creator free?

Yes, completely: no ads, no accounts and no locked features, like the rest of the WZ suite.

What does BETA mean?

That it already works, but it’s new and keeps growing: it may have bugs and change with every version. The app lets you know once a day if there’s a new version on this site.

Do I need WZ Defender?

Yes. WZ Creator works with the clips, markers and stats that WZ Defender saves: first record your matches with WZ Defender, then turn them into videos with WZ Creator.

Can I get banned for using it?

WZ Creator doesn’t touch the game: it only reads the videos WZ Defender already saved and converts them with FFmpeg. You can use it with the game closed.

Do I have to pay for the AI?

No. The AI is optional and uses Gemini’s free plan with your own key (the same one you use in WZ Defender; get it at aistudio.google.com/apikey). Without AI, WZ Creator uses WZ Defender’s markers.

Does it upload the videos to my social networks?

No: it saves them on your PC (Videos\WZ Creator) with their thumbnail and text. You upload them from each network’s page; the app opens the upload page for you and lets you copy the title and description.

What is FFmpeg and why does it download it?

It’s the free program that cuts, adds the slow motion and converts to vertical. WZ Creator downloads it only once (about 100 MB) when you press «Descargar ffmpeg» (Download ffmpeg).

Do I need an NVIDIA card?

No. If you have NVIDIA it uses its encoder (NVENC), which is faster; otherwise it uses the CPU. Videos come out in H.264 at 60 fps.

WZ Creator manual

WZ Creator turns the clips saved by WZ Defender into videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitch, Kick and YouTube. It never changes or deletes your WZ Defender clips (it can only mark one as archived if you ask).

  1. Extract the .zip to C:\ and run Instalar.bat. Open WZ Creator and press Download ffmpeg (once).
  2. Optional: Settings → AI, paste your free Gemini key (the same one you use in WZ Defender) and save.
  3. Pick a day: clips are ranked 0–100 (kills in the scene, quick kills, medals, win). Each clip shows the reason of every kill and clip proposals per network.
  4. Slow motion only on important hits: without AI, at each kill; with AI (🧠 Detect hits), at the exact shot that downs or eliminates. On double kills, only those moments are slowed.
  5. Create video: vertical 9:16 1080×1920 (TikTok / Shorts) or horizontal 16:9 1920×1080 (Twitch / Kick / YouTube), H.264 60 fps, with cover .jpg and a .txt with titles, descriptions and hashtags. Files go to Videos\WZ Creator.
  6. Montage: tick 2+ clips and press Montage. ✕ Cancel stops a video or montage before it finishes. 📌 Archive keeps WZ Defender from auto-deleting a clip.
  7. Publish directly (Settings → Networks): follow the steps to create your free Google / TikTok developer app, paste the keys and press Connect. Then use ▶️ YouTube (uploads; private until Google audits your project — switch it to public in YouTube Studio) or 🎵 TikTok (sends a draft to your TikTok inbox to finish on your phone).
  8. Updates: WZ Creator checks wzcontrol.app once a day (or Settings → Updates → Check). «Update now» downloads the signed package, verifies it and installs it cleanly, keeping data\ and tools\; it closes and reopens by itself. If a video is being created or uploaded, it asks whether to wait or cancel it.
  9. Editor: under the player — ✂ Split (S), 🗑 Remove/↩ Restore a piece (Del), Start here / End here, ▶ Preview (P). Events (kill, down, death/killcam, AI hits) are the colored diamonds and the 📍 Events list: always marked. Slow motion sections are the purple bars: click to select, drag their edges to change where they start/end, drag the middle to move, ✕ (or Del) to remove; type From/To or use «⇤ here / here ⇥»; 🐢 Slow here (L) adds one. Tracks under the timeline (🎬 Video · 🎮 Game · 🎙 My voice) with waveforms; each audio track has its own per-video switch. 🎙 is locked 🔒 when your voice is mixed into the game track; to get it separately: WZ Defender v0.10.43+ → Settings → Audio → turn off «Micrófono dentro del video» (new clips only). ＋ 🎵 Music adds up to 4 songs as extra tracks (from your PC or ones you already used); they play over the final video at normal speed — drag the waveform to pick the starting point, set volume; turn off 🎮 and 🎙 for music only.
