ID and temporary key
Every PC has a fixed 9-digit ID and a 6-character key that changes when each session ends. Share them over WhatsApp or Discord and you’re set.
WZ Support is the WZ suite’s remote support app, like AnyDesk or RustDesk: with an ID and a temporary key you see another PC’s screen, hear its audio, help with the mouse and keyboard and talk by voice call, all in the same window. Nobody gets in unless the other person clicks «Accept».
Windows 10 and 11 · both PCs need WZ Support · v0.1.1 · October 25, 2026

For when a friend doesn’t know how to install something, set up the audio or optimize their PC: you connect, see it, explain it by voice and, if they let you, do it yourself.
Every PC has a fixed 9-digit ID and a 6-character key that changes when each session ends. Share them over WhatsApp or Discord and you’re set.
Every time someone wants to connect, WZ Support asks you and you decide what to allow. No unattended access.
Hardware H.264 when available, Auto, Sharpness or Smoothness quality and 15, 30 or 60 fps. Multiple monitors.
The other PC’s sound in stereo (game, music, videos), with a mute button and volume.
If the person allows it (and can take it back instantly): clicks, wheel, keys, shortcuts like Task Manager or Alt+Tab, and full screen.
Talk to whoever is helping you during the session, or open a voice-only call for up to 8 people with a code.
Messages, files both ways (the receiver accepts each one) and copied text back and forth.
Peer-to-peer WebRTC: the picture, audio and control go straight between the two PCs, encrypted. No ports to open.

Both PCs (the one getting help and the one giving it) need WZ Support.
C:\. You get C:\WZSupport.New version: the app lets you know once a day. In Help → Check for updates press Update now: it checks the digital signature, installs itself and keeps your ID and settings (with a session or call open it waits until they end).
Yes, completely: no ads, no accounts, no time limit and no locked features, like the rest of the WZ suite.
That it already works, but it’s new and keeps growing: it may have bugs and change with every version. The app lets you know once a day if there’s a new version on this site and updates itself with your permission.
No. Besides the ID and the temporary key, you always have to click «Accept», and there you choose whether to allow mouse and keyboard control, audio and the call. Anyone who types the wrong key 5 times in 15 minutes gets blocked. You can end the session whenever you want.
You both install WZ Support. The other person reads you their ID and key (Connect → This PC); you type them in Connect → Connect to another PC and press Connect. When they click Accept, you see their screen.
No. The connection goes straight between the two PCs with WebRTC; if the network doesn’t allow it (some office, school or mobile networks), it goes through a Cloudflare TURN relay, also encrypted.
Yes, if the person turns on «Share system audio» when choosing what to share and leaves «My audio» on. The helper can mute it or lower the volume.
So whoever helps you can also use windows that open as administrator. Ctrl+Alt+Delete and Windows’ secure screen (UAC) can never be controlled remotely: that’s a Windows rule.
WZ Support doesn’t touch the game: it only shares the screen with Windows/Edge’s own tool. Use it to help set up the PC or the suite apps, not during a match.
The WZ suite is and will remain free. If it helped you gain FPS, hear footsteps better, understand your fights or your lag, a donation —any amount you like— helps me put more hours into it: testing on more PCs, adding features and keeping this site online.
Donating is 100 % optional: it doesn’t unlock anything, because nothing is locked.
